Anguilla, is a small and charming island in the British West Indies. This Caribbean island has a lot to offer, particularly turquoise waters, beautiful pearl-white beaches, friendly people, very good hotels and many excellent restaurants. So, should you ever make it one day to Anguilla, don’t miss the beach-restaurant Jacala! You will not be disappointed! The owners Alain and Jacques are excellent hosts who have created a wonderful restaurant! The food there is just terrific, it’s pure magic what you are being served! It’s high quality French cuisine, intuitively created and presented with elegance. Also, the service is impeccable. This inviting restaurant, with an open dining room, is not in Paris or Lyon, but in Anguilla at the powdery sands of Meads Bay! In fact, the restaurant Jacala is one of the reasons that makes my wife and me, year after year, return to Anguilla, a beautiful island in the Caribbean. When in Anguilla, make sure you make a reservation for Jacala in advance, it would be sad to miss a fabulous meal!

Solltest Du es eines Tages nach Anguilla schaffen, gehört ein Essen im Strandrestaurant Jacala in das Program! Du wirst nicht enttäuscht sein! Die Besitzer Alain und Jacques sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber die ein wunderbares Restaurant geschaffen haben! Das Essen dort ist einfach grossartig, es ist pure Magie was Dir serviert wird! Das Gebotene ist hochwertige französische Küche, die intuitiv kreiert und elegant präsentiert wird. Auch der Service ist einwandfrei. Dieses einladende Restaurant mit offenem Speisesaal befindet sich nicht in Paris oder Lyon, sondern in Anguilla, am Traubenzucker feinen Sandstrand der Meads Bay! Das Restaurant Jacala ist einer der Gründe warum meine Frau und ich Jahr für Jahr nach Anguilla, dieser wunderschönen Insel in der Karibik, zurückkehren. Deshalb, wenn Du in Anguilla bist solltest Du unbedingt das Jacala im Voraus reservieren; es wäre traurig ein fantastisches Essen zu verpassen!
