Spent a couple days there in early 1997, was duly impressed by all the skyscrapers and the view from atop the Empire State Building, but in the end quite happy to escape into the small town landscape of upstate NY. And even more happy to get outta the States altogether.

Very nice picture, I got car sick when I first got into a cab in New York , but after getting better, I enjoyed being in the Big Apple. What a time!
