“Etar” ist ein architektonischer und ethnographischer Komplex im Süden (ca. 8 km) der Stadt Gabrovo, Bulgarien. Ähnlich wie das Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg in der Schweiz, sind alle Objekte (Häuser, Mühle, Handwerker, ein türkisches Kaffeehaus, usw) in Aktion. Eine Grillade und ein exzellenter Wein im typisch bulgarischen Restaurant („Mechana“) runden den Besuch ab.

“Etar” is an architectural and ethnographic complex in the south (about 8 km) of the town of Gabrovo, Bulgaria. Similar to the Ballenberg in Switzerland, are all objects (houses, mill, craftsmen, Turkish coffee, etc) in action. A Grillade and an excellent Bulgarian wine in the typical Bulgarian restaurant (“Mechana”) round off the visit.
